We are looking for a customer focused Trainee Triage Technician to provide excellent front line support to our customers.

Previous IT experience is not required as training in ICT support will be provided on the job and through completion of Certificate IV Information Technology.

As a Triage Technician you will need to bring:

• Existing interest in ICT and a willingness to advance a career in ICT

• Attention to detail

Typical tasks would include (but not limited to):

• Answering calls from our customers for our IT helpdesk (Logging new tickets in our it helpdesk system, directing calls, providing updates)
• Performing triage on incoming tickets (Gathering information and determining the impacts to the customer)
• Basic support and issue resolution as skills expand
