Haddtrack takeover Queensland Fleet Trak

Earlier this year, Haddtrack took over 30 QFT customers and 330 units from retiring Navman dealer Greg Brewer.

From 1 April 2025, Haddtrack took over QFT from Greg Brewer, who had been with Navman for 18 years. Greg was ready to retire and was no longer supporting his customers or selling new Navman equipment. QFT had 30 customers across South East Queensland, with around 330 units, all of which transferred to Haddtrack.

These customers were handed over to Tristan Foster from Haddtrack Sales, based in Burleigh Heads, with support from Steve Wood. Together, Tristan and Steve reached out to each customer and received a mixed response. Some, like Power Transport, were grateful to finally receive support, address a backlog of issues, and begin getting more value from their investment.

Others, however, were so frustrated by their past experience with Navman and Greg Brewer that they made it clear they weren’t interested—one even warned Tristan “not to show your face around here.” On the whole, though, most customers welcomed the improved support from Haddtrack and were open to rebuilding the relationship.

Haddtrack expects to take over more customers in the coming year. A detailed handover process has been developed to support this, including customer communications, transferring website access, gaining access to Navman systems, and ensuring financial due diligence.
