NCHA joins Entourage as an MSA client

The National Cutting Horse Association has joined Entourage as a managed service client, following a successful past collaboration.

We’re excited to welcome the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) as a managed service customer.

NCHA has a long-standing presence in Tamworth and is best known for their annual futurity held at the AELEC here in Tamworth – a major event on the cutting horse calendar. While we’ve assisted NCHA in the past with IT support for the futurity, they’ve now joined us on a more permanent basis under a managed service agreement.

Previously supported by Tamworth IT, NCHA found themselves in a difficult position when their provider was no longer able to keep up. Tamworth IT had relied heavily on a key staff member and an outdated ad-hoc support model. When that staff member left, the business was unable to continue delivering services or transition their clients – ultimately leaving organisations like NCHA without reliable support and nothing of value to carry forward.

Entourage stepped in to provide stability. We’ve since replaced the equipment in NCHA’s data cabinet with dependable infrastructure that integrates seamlessly with our helpdesk and monitoring systems. Their new setup allows for regular updates, remote monitoring, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing their technology is always looked after.
