Haddcorp Group has purchased a vacant block at 17–19 Dowe Street, Tamworth, where a new purpose-built HQ will be developed.
We’re excited to share that we've recently settled on the purchase of 17–19 Dowe Street, Tamworth – the future site of our new headquarters!
The vacant block, located just behind NAB in the heart of the Tamworth CBD, will soon be home to a brand new, purpose-built office designed to suit the needs of our group and the businesses within it. We’ve been working through design options for the building layout and office fitout, and are now seeking quotes for the construction.
At this stage, we’re planning to occupy the top floor, with the ground floor to be leased to a suitable tenant. Construction is expected to begin later this year, with a completion date still to be confirmed.
The new HQ will give us a more functional and flexible workspace - and as a bonus, it puts us closer to more coffee and food options, and a couple of local watering holes for the occasional lunch or after-work outing.
