Ben Shields

He brings in his smile and vibe to the office. It is really a welcoming environment when he is in the office.

Do I need to say anything? Ben is just a great guy all round. So positive towards helping his customers, but sets us all up with good fun and easy success in our daily work lives. He cares and keeps things low key (loudly)

When you hear 'Strive to win', 'Enjoy your work' and 'Place to thrive' - how can you not think of Ben? He is all of the above as you can see, he genuinely wants the business and himself to do well, whilst giving the best service to customers possible and having his colleagues back. Another great asset to Entourage.

Daniel Clibborn

‍

Dan is a great leader of the engine room of Entourage, he has his team all rowing in the same direction around the quality of service we provide our customers. His calm and levelheaded approach also plays a critical part in maintaining a focused, collaborative, hard-working team culture.

A pillar of the Helpdesk team, despite being remote, he's always reaching out and making sure we're doing okay, keeping this place more positive than anyone would expect.

Everyone feels Dan's impact, there couldn't be a better fitting award.

Nathan Barnett

‍

No matter how complex the customer request, he meets it with a can-do attitude, combining technical confidence with light hearted humour.

Nathan has been instrumental this month in getting so much amazing work done. Not only has he had my back in some quite stressful situations with the client he genuinely has been enjoying his work and his colleagues all thrive around him!

He’s not just dependable, he’s a teammate who genuinely has everyone’s back.

Scott Jackson

Scott has shown through his words and his actions to care about the health and wellbeing of his colleagues. Patient, approachable and always helpful.

A great colleague who looks out for his fellow comrades checking in or just having a great conversation. He also doesn't hesitate when sharing knowledge or asking for it.

I have seen Scott on numerous occasions check in with his colleagues to check in on their well being and offer a helping hand if required.

Congratulations to our Team Member of the Month for July...

Bailey Bingham

‍

After spending some time with Bailey in the office, it’s clear he is the quiet achiever of the team, an absolute machine. I was curious to see just how productive his day really was and after reviewing his time entries… wow! They were impeccable, with every minute accounted for. If I were Paul from Winanga-Li, I’d be seriously reconsidering my Employee of the Month or Quarter votes. Bailey would have my pick without question!

Bailey is the epitome of this award. Working away quietly at speed. Show him something once and know it will be done well.

Bailey is not someone I hear from often, but i can see from our Brightgauge dash that he somehow smashes out a phenomenal amount of tickets each week. This man moves in the shadows silencing the voices of "my computer is slow" and "storage < 10%" tickets everywhere.

There is a reason this guy is in projects, your smile and disposition brighten my day and no doubt the clients who your work with. Appreciate you being you and spreading positive vibes wherever you go.

Im loving Kumars Dad Jokes at the moment. Even though we are super busy, its nice to have a laugh.

Kumar is infinitely approachable, funny and always up for a laugh or a chat. He is always keen to support others and keep the fun going.
