Catholic Diocese of Armidale

Pete Lamond kindly put John from the Catholic Diocese of Armidale in touch with us back in May. John and his team had frustrations with their existing website and hosting provider, and were looking at options to move their websites to us as an Entourage partner.

Since then we have built a new website for the Dicoese, completed a website (awaiting launch) for ADIG, and launched a new site for St Nicks Church in Tamworth. As part of this we provided training to the Diocese team on using the site, and even got the Bishop setup to upload his own weekly homilies and podcasts.

We have also put together a bespoke package for other parishes in the region and are in talks with some of them now.

Life in Harmony

Life in Harmony, a not-for-profit in the Hunter, has transitioned from ad-hoc support to a fully managed service agreement. Referred by Scott Jackson, they’ve been a client for over two years, with previous support covering email, Outlook, Adobe, OneDrive and new device setup.

After receiving a call from Rachael, the owner, Scott provided his usual high level of service and clearly outlined the value of a managed approach. He passed the opportunity to sales, where Ben expertly converted it into a Managed Service Agreement and onboarding quote. Jayden is now scheduled to complete the onboarding with the client.
